The garage door spring, on my 2-car garage door opener, suddenly popped in late mid-afternoon. A person at my house told me about DC Garage Door Service. Since... read more I needed someone that can get to my home fast and fix it right, I called DC Garage Door. I was greeted on the phone by someone I sensed would help me. She made a quick check and told me Joe would be at my house within 1-1/2 hours. Minutes later I got a text confirming the appointment. A few minutes later Joe let me know he was on his way. But the best part was Joe replaced both springs, lubricated the ball- bearings and tracking and ran the overhead, so I would see and hear that it was fixed right! While I hope I don't need their services soon, I remain very pleased and DC Garage Door Services will be my call.
